Policy Statements - Fraud

If the elected officers having reviewed the evidence, suspect a Trustee of Fraud (i.e, submitting fraudulent claims for expenses for example, or making other false statement) then that Trustee shall have the matter explained to them and given the opportunity to respond in writing. The Officers will then decide whether that matter is resolved, whether Police should be involved or whether the matter should be recorded and kept on file at NKF HQ.

Should the matter be so serious, or repeated, then the Officers shall request that Trustees resignation, and if this is not forthcoming shall use Clause 37 of the Constitution to remove that Trustee at a General Meeting.
