Policy Statements - RESPONDING TO MEDICAL ENQUIRIES

All medical enquiries made to persons representing the NKF, or perceived to represent the NKF, or made directly on NKF public platforms, such as social networking websites must be directed to the NKF Helpline, and no attempt should be made by anyone other than the Helpline, to reply. No matter how knowledgeable individuals might be, the information that NKF gives out to patients must be consistent and medically accurate.
