The National Kidney Federation (NKF) supports the provision of end of life care.

NKF is keen to ensure that all ESRF patients understand that terms such as “Palliative Care” or “Conservative Management” refer to the management of the patients stable or declining condition and should not be regarded as treatment for Kidney failure. NKF prefers unambiguous terminology such as “End of Life Care”.
