In the event of a dispute relating to the administration of the NKF Lottery, the formal complaint must be submitted in writing to National Kidney Federation, The Point, Coach Road, Shireoaks, Worksop, Nottinghamshire, S81 8BW and will in the first instance be addressed by Andrea Brown, Office Manager. If at that time the dispute has not been resolved it would then be referred to the CEO. If the dispute could not be resolved at this point then it would be directed to Messrs. Foy & Co, Solicitors, Worksop for independent arbitration.
