Remembering a Loved One this Christmas

Whether you have lost a loved one a while ago or lost them recently. There are so many ways to remember a loved one at Christmas.

Each year, the National Kidney Federation decorate their Head Office Christmas tree with paper cut-out gold stars sent in from supporters with a message to their loved ones as a tribute to their special star(s) in the sky.

Why not take part this Christmas?

Let’s hang the gold stars to shine bright in our Head Office as a symbol of life and love remembered this Christmas.

All you need to do to take part is:

  • Cut out the NKF gold star from the back of our latest Kidney Life issue if you receive our magazine via post.
  • Or download and print off your very own NKF gold star by clicking here. All the details of where to send the star are on the printed sheet.
  • Or even create your own gold star! Add a bit of sparkle if you like!

Then simply write a message on the star including your loved ones name(s), make it personal and decorate.

All donations are gratefully received to accompany your star, or you can even make your donation on our JustGiving Page.

We recognise that times right now with the cost of living crisis are uncertain, but if you can, your donations are greatly appreciated to continue to help families and loved ones suffering with the impacts of kidney disease.

Please post the gold star to:
National Kidney Federation: The Point, Coach Road, Shireoaks, Worksop, S81 8BW

Thanks to our supporters, 2023 has been a very busy year for the NKF, as we move into 2024 we continue to develop a high quality support for patients and their families.
