NKF Officers & Staff - Timothy Statham OBE - Chief Executive
Timothy Statham was born in 1948. In 1975 he commenced a Party Political career and until 1984 was Constituency agent in Bath. From 1984 until retirement from Politics in 1998 he was successively, Deputy Central Office Agent, Deputy Regional Director and then Regional Director for the Conservative Party in the Midlands. In 1994 he received the OBE for political services.
In January 1999 he was appointed Fund raising Manager for the National Kidney Federation, then General Manager. He is now the Chief Executive of the NKF.
In year 2002 he was appointed additionally to the secretariat of the All Party Parliamentary Kidney Group. In 2004 he was additionally elected Vice President of CEAPIR - the European Kidney Patients Federation, a position he held until July 2006.
