Becoming a member of the NKF Young Person’s Group is free and all you have to do is complete the following form (whilst you are online) and, when finished, click on the ‘Send Application’ button below the form. The form will then be automatically sent to the YPG who will contact you (by email, if you have completed the ‘Email Address’ part of the form: otherwise by post).

Membership is free, however, if you would like to make a donation to the YPG, please send your donation by post to YPG-NKF, The Point, Coach Road, Shireoaks, Worksop, Notts S81 8BW. Thankyou.

In addition to YPG Membership, a Pen Pal Scheme operates where patients and carers who are YPG Members can contact each other. The Scheme is only open to Members OVER 18.
