Tell the NKF

Dear Patient (or carer),

Welcome to Tell the NKF, your chance to give feedback to the NKF via our constantly changing range of online surveys. I have insisted that these NKF “website surveys” are quick and easy to do.

It would assist the NKF enormously if you would complete as many of the current surveys (see adjacent list) that are relevant, and of interest to you – all the replies you give will be of intense interest, and help the NKF in deciding its future policy, priorities and direction.

Your answers are always anonymous, and in any case you can skip over any questions you do not wish to answer.

Many of our surveys are joint projects benefitting both the NKF and at least one of the NKF’s industry partners.

Please help the NKF by regularly checking back to Tell the NKF to see whether there are yet more surveys you could submit back to us with your views and answers.

You are also very welcome to view the latest “real time” results of these surveys at any time and to use the sophisticated filters to obtain the information you are specifically looking for. Print them out and take them with you to meetings and presentations so that you are armed with facts.
