This area contains the Memorandum and articles of Association which govern the conduct of the National Kidney Federation as agreed by the Charity Commission.
As a member of the NKF you are also fully entitled to read about the many business and policy decisions being made in the name of your charity. To do this you may need to use the Username and Password already notified to you. Further details are obtainable (to members only) from the NKF HQ (see Phone numbers below)..
This is also the area where minutes of meetings can be accessed, however, to do so you need to be a member of the particular committee you are interested in, and use the different username and password relevant to that particular activity – also notified to you.
