Krystyna and Michael Will, of Ludlow, South Shropshire, had a short break holiday with their son at Mill Rythe Holiday Village on Hayling Island near Portsmouth. They say this is a relaxing site which would make an excellent venue for CAPD patient groups wanting to socialise in the UK or as an affordable holiday break for individuals and families.
The family had their own suite of rooms, consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom. A shelved area between the rooms proved ideal for storage of Michael’s boxes. Unlike some foods served in hotels, there wasn’t an excess of salt used in the preparation so it bode reasonably well for the dialysis diet.
Mill Rythe is part of the ‘Renowned Villages Group’.
