Tim Statham, NKF Chief Executive discusses with UK Transplant the effects that the ENDEMOL(Big Brother) broadcast in the Netherlands will have on organ donation.

According to News Agencies the Endemol programme was shown on Netherlands TV but at the end of it it was revealed as a hoax with the participants actors, including the person supposedly dying from Cancer - although it may be that the potential recipients were real Kidney Patients.
It remains to be seen whether any damage has been done to transplantation by broadcasting this programme.
