NKF Advice to Children and Parents using this website

Children who use this website to exchange email messages with other users should only do so in the full knowledge of their parents or guardians.

The NKF wants children with kidney disease to gain benefit from using this site, and to make friends with other kidney patients around the world, but warns that messages may not be what they seem and therefore no child should use email to communicate with a stranger without the permission of an adult.
